All electrical work performed by Sand and Sun Electrical is backed by a two-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. This is consistent with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' workmanship standards, which cover electrical wiring, installations, and related construction elements for the first two years.
Many of the products we install — including Tesla Powerwall, SPAN Smart Panels, and EV chargers — carry their own manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer, not by Sand and Sun Electrical.
We will provide you with all relevant manufacturer warranty documentation at the time of installation. For any equipment defects or manufacturer warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly using the documentation provided. Our workmanship warranty (above) covers only the electrical work we perform — wiring, connections, mounting, and integration — not the equipment itself.
If you experience an issue with work performed by Sand and Sun Electrical within the warranty period:
As a licensed Arizona contractor, we are subject to the workmanship standards enforced by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If you believe our work does not meet these standards, you have the right to file a complaint with the ROC.
